What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the product type. For standard catalogue items (machine screws, nuts, washers) our MOQ is typically 1,000 pieces. For custom OEM/ODM orders, MOQ starts from 500 pieces for prototyping and samples, with no MOQ restriction for initial trial orders.
How long does sample delivery take?
Standard item samples can be shipped within 1–3 business days. Custom OEM/ODM samples based on your drawings are produced and delivered within 7 business days. International sample shipments are sent via DHL, FedEx or UPS Express.
What materials and surface treatments do you offer?
We work with stainless steel (304, 316, 316L), carbon steel, alloy steel (Grade 8.8–12.9), brass and titanium. Surface treatments include zinc plating, nickel plating, Dacromet coating, black oxide, hot-dip galvanising and custom colour anodising.
Can you manufacture to my engineering drawings?
Yes. Our OEM/ODM service accepts DWG, DXF, PDF, STEP and IGES files. Our engineering team will review your drawings and provide a technical and commercial feedback within 24 hours, including material recommendations and process feasibility.
What quality testing is performed on each batch?
Every production batch undergoes: raw material chemical composition analysis, dimensional inspection via CMM, hardness testing, salt spray corrosion test, torque and tensile strength testing. Full inspection reports (COA / COC) are provided upon request.
Do you offer international shipping and export?
Yes. We export to 50+ countries across Asia, Europe, North America, the Middle East and Africa. We handle all export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and inspection certificates. FOB Shenzhen, CIF and DDP terms available.
What is your production lead time for bulk orders?
Standard items are shipped same day from stock. For bulk orders of standard items, lead time is 5–10 business days. Custom manufactured items typically require 15–25 business days depending on quantity and complexity. Rush production is available upon request.
What certifications does Helihong hold?
Helihong is ISO 9001:2015 certified. Our products are RoHS compliant and SGS tested. We provide full material test certificates, salt spray test reports, hardness certificates and dimensional inspection reports. Custom test certificates can be arranged for specific client requirements.
